Mendon Town Supervisor
Joe Alati has called Mendon home since 1997. A small-business owner, educator, former HF-L School Board member and longtime community volunteer, Joe brings decades of experience in business, education and public service to his role as Town Supervisor.
Since taking office, Joe has focused on responsible spending, stronger Town government, infrastructure and emergency preparedness, while protecting what makes Mendon special.

Since taking office, Joe has worked to make the Mendon Town Government more efficient, responsible and responsive, while moving important projects forward for Mendon residents.
A Few Highlights Are:
$37,000 IN TAXPAYER DOLLARS SAVED
Negotiated a solution to a longstanding retaining wall dispute, while protecting Mendon Town infrastructure.
$120,000 IN TAXPAYER COST SAVED
Used eight months of safety data to determine that a planned Stoney Lonesome Road closure was not necessary at this time.
MILE SQUARE ROAD SIDEWALK PROJECT UNDERWAY
A long-planned sidewalk is finally becoming a reality for Hamlet residents, providing safer access to the Lehigh Valley Trail when complete.
$40,000 ANNUAL SAVINGS PER YEAR
Replaced the Town's payroll provider, reducing costs while modernizing operations and saving staff time.

Joe ran for Supervisor with a commitment to responsible government, thoughtful growth and a strong future for Mendon. After a year in office, those priorities have become real work and measurable progress.
One year in office has given Joe the opportunity to turn priorities into progress. Now, he's focused on building on that foundation, protecting Mendon's character, strengthening Town government, investing responsibly in infrastructure and preparing for the future.
